We are seeking a confident and dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting our products and services in our showroom. The ideal candidate should be an excellent salesperson with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, as well as possess strong managerial and leadership skills to manage and motivate the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and increase revenue
Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve the company's sales objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
Ensure that the showroom is always well-stocked, clean, and presentable to customers
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide customers with accurate information and make informed sales decisions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales manager or similar sales role in a retail environment
Excellent sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members
Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service principles
Good computer skills and familiarity with sales software and databases
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
