Job Description
• Greeting customer's & find out the needs.
• To be a sales consultant to the customer.
• Describing a product's features & demonstrate use and operation of the product.
• Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.
• Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
• Maintain sales reports to keep a track of the progress.
• Achieve sales targets Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
• Ensure all SOPs and processes are adhered.
• Effectively deal with customers on inquiries and complaints.
• Regular interaction & follow-up with Showroom Manager, Area Manager and General Manager to achieve the target.
• Suggest improvements and initiatives which can help to increase sales.
• Provide demonstration to customer about product & close the sale.
• Answer customer calls very promptly and give solutions.
• Directly responsible for the revenue.

• Must be customer service oriented, patience, adaptability & persuasiveness.
• Must be willing to take initiatives and should possess high energy level, integrity & clarity in thoughts.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Experience in retail is preferred but others also can apply.
• Good communication skills and inter personal skills.
• Must possess strong command over English and Tamil & Hindi.
• Must be very attentive and in detail.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and be good team player.
