Showroom Sales Executive

Job Description

To ensure the sale of vehicles and allied business and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

� Managing customer through the entire sales process, right from initial inquiry to delivery and after-sales.

� Understand customer needs in order to help him/her make the best choice.

Primary Responsibilities:

� To achieve the dealership and OEM��s monthly target with profitability. To submit a morning agenda and evening report to TL/SM. Updates all information related to enquire in the GDMS, APP, etc. as per the OEM��s requirement. Offers test drives to all prospects and collect feedback, follows dealership procedure To obtain proper identification from customers prior to the test drive.
