• Work with customers or their representatives (designers, contractors etc.) in planning and product selection
• Managing Client relations Operations and being flexible with time and open to travel
• Actively participate in all presentations and understanding drawings, Effectively Presenting the kitchen design towards and closing the deals.
• Convert the potential prospects to our satisfied & delighted customers by ensuring their success at every interaction & progression stages & attain the set Revenue targets consistently.
• Possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude
• Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills
• Capturing the Needs, Requirements, Preferences, likes & dislikes and the budget of the customer so as to design customized proposal for them.
• To provide real-time updates/reports on Sales Goals and ensure timely progress, revisions to the Plan.
• Take effective steps in case some customers are unhappy with the product or for some other reason
• Assist with special projects such as special events and display changes
• Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business
