As a Shopify Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting Shopify-based e-commerce stores. You will work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless store operations and deliver data-driven insights to improve sales and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Shopify store performance metrics, customer behaviors, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with the team to optimize site speed, navigation, and user experience, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Create detailed reports on store performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue insights.

Assist in integrating third-party tools and applications to enhance functionality and analytics capabilities.

Partner with marketing and development teams to implement SEO strategies, promotional campaigns, and new features.

Troubleshoot Shopify-related issues and recommend solutions to minimize downtime or inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Data Analytics, or related field.

1+ years of experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
