Shipping & Logistic cum customer care Executive will be responsible to take Quotation with Delivery time & Destination charges from forwarder.
There should be necessary to Dispatch of Original shipment documents to the Customer with time along has to inform to CRE with AWB Number.
There has to fulfill all statutory requirement of customer's Country ISF,FUMIGATION,GSP ETC.
There should be taken confirm ETD & ETA for each Shipment.
There is the responsibility to inform each and everything related to Dispatch like date of material dispatch,document dispatch as well as inform to customer,if any delay means to say that complete follow up as well as coordination is necessary with the customer.
There should have responsibility to have follow up's with Forwarder & CHA for the part shipment document with time.
There should have responsibility to manage couriers record incoming & outgoing Couriers.
There should be needed approval that has been taken like CL,CARTING ORDER & GATEPASS .
There should have responsibility to get it done insurance for CIF Shipment.
There should have responsibility to send 10+2 ISF details to USA Coustomers before 72 hours of selling.
There should have responsibility to issue to Packing Department for Shippment on time ,Dates are given by Planning Department thats why coordination is necessary with Planning and Packing Department.
There should have Coordination with Accounts Department for Invoice and E-Way Bil.
There should have Coordination for Export Shipment with CHA or g with coordinate for import.
There should have responsibility to have coordination with responsible departments as well as customer for Dispatch and making Dispatch faster.
There should have responsibility to get approved Forwarder Invoice ,check it carefully & forward it to Accounts Department.
