1. Work with internal team and supplier teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule.

2. Check inbound documents for accuracy of information prior to being filed and recommend changes needed.

3. Ensuring the correct the labels and markings on the Cargo

4. Guiding the supplier with kind of docs needed for each shipments and providing them the correct formats to follow well in time.

5. Adhere to the delivery time lines and make the timely cargo bookings.

6. Arranging timely submission of documents for payments from clients.

7. Dispatching the docs to clients well in time upon payment receipt confirmation by the suppliers.
