Join our team as a Shift Supervisor in our Ingot Production in Faridabad. This role is vital for maintaining efficient operations and upholding the highest standards of production quality during various shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the aluminium ingot production during shifts.

Ensure production meets the set schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve production processes.

Lead and support production team/ workers, fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience specifically in the aluminium alloy industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
