Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the aluminium die casting production line during shifts.

Ensure production meets the set schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve production processes.

Lead and support a team of technicians and workers, fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.

At least 2 years of supervisory experience specifically in the aluminium die casting industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
