As a Shift Manager at Caterspoint Futuristic Foods, you will manage daily shift operations within our cloud kitchen environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining operational standards, and upholding strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. You will be pivotal in leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and culinary quality.
Responsibilities:
Managing Operations: The Operations Executive oversees day-to-day operations to ensure departmental efficiency within budgeted guidelines and high standards.
Stock and Inventory Management: Responsible for purchasing supplies, managing inventory levels, and optimizing costs. Coordinate with outlet or shift managers for inventory processes.
Staff Management: Create and manage staff schedules for adequate coverage. Train and appraise kitchen teams to maintain quality service.
Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Address customer concerns promptly and enhance delivery experiences.
Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Cost Management: Implement cost-saving measures, including waste reduction and ingredient optimization.
Requirements and Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage diverse teams.
Track record of improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry or a related field.
