Job Description for Shift Incharge (Manufacturing Industry)
Position: Shift Incharge
Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh
Shift Type: Rotational Shift
Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Manufacturing/Production
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Industry: Manufacturing (Plywood and Laminated industry)

Candidates must have experience in plywood, boards, shuttering, high-pressure laminates, flush doors, Marine plywood, commercial plywood etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shift Management:
o Oversee the entire shift operations in the production area.
o Manage and supervise the production staff, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and in line with safety and quality standards.
o Ensure all production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met during the shift.
2. Team Coordination:
o Lead a team of operators, technicians, and other production staff.
o Organize and assign tasks to the team for smooth production flow.
o Motivate and guide the team to meet production targets effectively.
3. Quality Control:
o Monitor product quality during production and make necessary adjustments to ensure standards are maintained.
o Identify and resolve production-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
o Perform inspections, as necessary, to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
4. Production Planning & Reporting:
o Assist in production planning, coordinating schedules, and ensuring raw materials are available for timely production.
o Maintain accurate shift records, including production logs, work completed, and any incidents or issues.
o Report any anomalies or process improvements to the production manager.
5. Safety & Compliance:
o Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free working environment.
o Conduct safety audits and ensure the team adheres to safety standards.
