Job Title: Sheet Metal Assembly Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and installing sheet metal components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and machines (., shears, brakes, rollers).

Assemble sheet metal components using welding, riveting, bolting, and adhesives.

Perform layout and fitting operations to ensure proper alignment and assembly.

Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, functionality, and quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
