Experience: At least 3 years of experience in maintaining shape molding machines, especially polystyrene machines.

Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.

Skills: In-depth understanding of the mechanics of plastic shape molding machines.

Ability to diagnose and repair faults.

Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to use measuring tools and equipment necessary for machine maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on shape molding machines.

Repair machine breakdowns as quickly as possible.

Maintain a detailed maintenance log for machines.

Suggest improvements to machines to increase efficiency and productivity.

Ensure that machines operate efficiently and safely.

Participate in the installation of new machines when needed.
