1. Issuing work orders to the plant timely
2. Timely issuing Purchase orders to the vendors and clearing bills
3. Timely issuing service invoice and regularly follow up for payments (Outstanding)
4. Timely follow & co-ordination (Internal , External) till dispatch of material & later.
5. Document and escalate customer issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
6. Provide information about products and services offered by the company
7. Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries
8. Maintaining and preparing data for periodic reviews
9. Timely collecting, maintaining and submitting appropriate/required Compliance documents
10. Collection customer satisfaction/job completion reports.
11. Tacking of AMC schedule for sending service engineers on time
12. Meet performance metrics related to customer service, productivity, and quality
13. Making courtesy calls to customer to check on the product performance
14. Track engineers attendance and expense
