Job description:
•Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation
•Coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in the application - Core system configuration
•Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client's ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client
•Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
•Identify system deficiencies and improvisation opportunities and recommend solutions
•Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
•Develop User Stories for ServiceNow releases and ServiceNow Design Documentation
•Develop Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules
•Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
•Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
•Create and update Documentation for ServiceNow code and configurations
•Work as part of an agile team developing, designing and implementing new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests
•Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms
•Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
Technical Expertise:
•Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
•Experience of implementing data loads, inbound and outbound API integrations, catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow
•Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
•Ability to write JavaScript code that are easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and write AngularJS widgets for the Service Portal
•Proficient in UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client script
•Validated experience to train users and analyze new SNOW functionality requests
