Job Summary
As a Service Now Integration Specialist, you will leverage your 4+ years of experience to design, implement, and manage integrations between the ServiceNow platform and various external systems. Your role will involve developing integration solutions that enhance business processes and ensure seamless data flow. Based in Bengaluru, you will be pivotal in driving the successful implementation of integration projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality outcomes in alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in ServiceNow integrations, with a solid understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities and best practices.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Service Now integration tools and technologies, including REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
Strong experience with Service Now scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration development.
Knowledge of integration patterns, data formats (XML, JSON), and middleware solutions.
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred
Service Now Certified Integration Specialist or other relevant Service Now certifications.
Experience with Service Now Discovery, Orchestration, and Performance Analytics.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and integration best practices.
