Job Description

Job responsibility

· Minimum experience required 4-10 years in the same domain (medical equipment) preferred

· Commitment for years (6 month’s probation + 2 years thereafter)

· Should take regular follow ups when the AMC expires

· Responsible for Component level / Board level repair of Ultrasound / Patient Monitors / Color Doppler/ Microwave Medical Disinfection System at customer premises / Service Center during warranty and post warranty period

· Should take regular follow ups when the AMC expires

· Responsible for live demo of our products / customer training. Should be able to handle customer queries during demo.

· Responsible for selling AMC to customers, providing service against AMC and collection of Repair / AMC dues from customer.

· Responsible for up selling our additional products to existing Customers

· Generating leads and closing business with new Customers

· Willing to Travel extensively
