Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Service Manager/ Asst. Manager. The Service Manager/ Asst. Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with area service engineers, managing service calls, and ensuring smooth operations management. The Service Manager/ Asst. Manager will also be responsible for communication with all stakeholders and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications :

Education: ITI/Diploma/Technical Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Consumer Durable/D2H industry.

Management Experience: Previous experience managing field engineers, retail stores, or service centers is a significant advantage.

Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of the technical features of consumer appliances is essential.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to effectively manage service operations.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and customers.
