Role Overview: As a Service Executive for mobile network boosters, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity for Boost Mobile customers. You’ll work closely with customers, addressing their network-related concerns and providing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues reported by customers.

Install, configure, and maintain mobile network signal boosters.

Collaborate with technical teams to optimize network performance.

Educate customers on using boosters effectively.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

Bike is a must.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic understanding of mobile networks and signal boosters.

Strong Hindi communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused mindset.
