Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and resolve dealer issues for service with the objective of achieving annual CBU service targets. Enhance reach, response, relationship and systems within organization's service strategy and process and system guidelines.
We are looking for Service Engineer/ Technician for our Organization, who having following ability:
Customer handling & customer Satisfaction
Prepare and consolidate the monthly and YTD service tracking tool with inputs from the team;
Periodically monitor the e-system usage by dealers and highlight cases to own team for follow up in order to improve service tracking, monitoring and customer satisfaction
Receive escalated technical issues or complex warranty cases with high financial impact from field service executives / dealers;
Ensure the better PDI/Installations/Job Card quality/warranty claim quality
Parts & Lubes Availability and to achieve the Annual Targets
Call Centre Management and resolve the complaints
Dealer Manpower Training and enhancement the skills
Sales through service
Direct Customers Management through call centers.
