Service Engineer - Pump Job Summary

This position has the primary responsibility to design, install, or repair equipment.

Service Engineer - Pump Duties and Responsibilities

Attending the service calls, like Breakdown, Regular Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Executing Erection and Commissioning.

Analyzes review and inspection findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action.

Coordinates problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs.

Maintaining proper records of all the Service calls and preparing various Monthly Reports.

Service Engineer - Pump Requirements

Knowledge of problem Identification & rectification of Pump / Motor at site is preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting skills. Passion for problem solving, Ability to solve technical issues.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Service Engineer.

Must be able to travel extensively (within city and outside city) to support the customer base as required. Able to travel at short notices.
