Key Responsibilities:
-On-site Installation & commissioning.
-Process Improvement.
-Data & Report Management.
-Coordinate with the team and assign them to the different sites accordingly.
-Responsible for closure of work order issued for on-site installation & commissioning of the equipment and generating Spares, AMC leads.
-Preparing quotations and updating other co-related departments.
-Ensure the pre-requisite checklist is sent to the customer with the cable schedule.
-Ensure site visit confirmation is received from the customer.
-Collect service order as per service - order document list.
-Attend FATs along with Customers & ensure all the points are cleared before the dispatch.
-Ensure on-time (as per schedule) travel to site for Installation of Machinery.
-Facilitate meetings with customers on-site for understanding the scope of work.
-Facilitate shifting and de-boxing of Machinery.
-Coordinate with customer for proper arrangement of chain pully, main power supply for installation activity.
-Coordinate & Follow up with other Departments for shortfall material.
-Coordinate with Design, and QA team for design or documents related issues.
-Coordinate with customers before & post the scheduled visit
-Ensure on-time submission of Daily Site-Visit Report to reporting manager.
-Ensure on-time submission of Weekly reports to reporting manager.
-Ensure on-time submission of Monthly report to reporting manager.
-Timely discussion with Supervisor / HOD on previous site-visit status.
Skills Required:
-Mechanical skills.
-Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
-Knowledge of computer software and hardware
-Should have worked in a manufacturing company as a service coordinator.
-Excellent communication.
-Experience 3 years to 5 years in the same industry.
-Immediate Joiner required.
-Should have a Valid Passport.
-A preferred candidate who stays in Vasai or in the western line or within a vicinity of 10 km from Vasai.
