Job Description

Sales cum Service Engineer :

We are looking for Sales cum Service Engineer for our Large Format Printer business.

Job Location : Delhi NCR

Responsibilities :

Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Have the ability to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs, preventive maintenance and equipment overhauls.

Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.

Mechanical and Electrical aptitude .

Assess client needs and present sales and service proposals for extended hardware.

Skills :

Have experience servicing wide-format printers, copiers, scanners and multi-function systems (experience with Canon and HP will be a plus).

Have a strong working knowledge of computers, software and networking.

Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to problem solve, conduct is written and verbal communication.

Must have a reliable two wheeler vehicle and valid driver license .

Educational Background :

Candidates should have Three Year Full time Diploma in Electronics or Electric from a recognised Board / University

Traning :

Selected Candidates will be provided training and technical know how at Company’s Training Centre .

Salary :

Will commensurate with your experience.
