Service Engineer
We are looking for a skilled service engineer who will be responsible in supporting our clients with all IT related technical support issues.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
2. Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
3. Responding to client IT support requests.
4. Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
5. Troubleshooting hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
6. Tracking and managing work records.
7. Compiling job reports.
Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
2. Proven work experience as a Service Engineer.
3. Quickly learn new things and adapting to change.
4. Ability to communicate with different groups of people; Focus on Customer Satisfaction
5. Must be self-motivated, energetic, well-spoken, disciplined, Self-driven and focused on getting results, love to automate manual tasks.
6. Knows how to improve and setup VPNs.
7. Knowledge of IT security.
8. Knowledge of G-Suite, Active Directory, Public Cloud, Remote Desk Service, and how SAML SSO works.
9. Knowledge of Windows, Android, iOS & Mac Operating Systems, experience with hardware and networking.
10. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
11. Experience of 3-5 years in computer engineering, systems administration, engineering support or consulting.
