job responsibilities
diagnosing issues: identify technical issues reported by customers and provide troubleshooting and guidance to the customer on call.
performing maintenance: installing, upgrading firmware, and performing repair & maintenance of the product. and daily and monthly targets to be achieved.
testing equipment: ensuring equipment is functioning properly after repairs or installations
training customers: providing technical assistance and training on how to use, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
communicating with customers: explaining technical concepts and solutions clearly and concisely. co-ordinating with customer for service-related feedback. call to be handled whenever client reach out.
escalating issues: reporting frequent issues / complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers or management
staying up to date: keeping current with product developments, technical advancements, and industry trends
field visit: field visits on site, whenever required on site.
documenting activities: recording service activities daily and updating jira tickets for service-related issues. updating the tickets
collaborating: working with other teams to solve complex problems.
reporting: sending weekly & monthly reports to the respective reporting managers.
