Preferred candidate from Mumbai based location.

Language known �� English & Hindi

Job location �� Churchgate-Nariman Point & Visit to client site plants for service/Installation

Experience �� 3-5 yrs.

Skills required

�� Technical background in electronics or instrumentation with affiliation to electronics.

�� Work experience in the field of machinery quality control textile instruments is preferred.

�� Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, electroneumatic and/or electronic equipment.

�� Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns PCB��s upto component level micro processor system.

�� With Strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.

�� Handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.

�� Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment.

�� Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.

�� Proficient level of computer skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

�� Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Roles and Responsibilities:

�� Assess hardware and software malfunctions. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.

�� Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications based on instructions.

�� Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

�� Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
