Skills required

Technical background in electronics or instrumentation with affiliation to electronics.

Work experience in the field of machinery quality control textile instruments is preferred.

Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, electroneumatic and/or electronic equipment.

Ability to work productively, with multi tasking in minimal supervision & in pressurized environment.

Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns PCBs upto component level micro processor system.

With Strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.

Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment.

Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.

Proficient level of computer skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess hardware and software malfunctions. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.

Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications based on instructions.

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
