Skills required

• Technical background in electronics or instrumentation with affiliation to electronics.

• Work experience in the field of machinery quality control textile instruments is preferred.

• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, electroneumatic and/or electronic equipment.

• Ability to work productively, with multi tasking in minimal supervision & in pressurized environment.

• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns PCB’s upto component level micro processor system.

• With Strong technical capabilities understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Handles sensitive issues and exhibits exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and appropriate coaching to customer on critical equipment.

• Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job.

• Proficient level of computer skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.

• Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess hardware and software malfunctions. Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace worn or malfunctioning components and consumables.

• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications based on instructions.

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
