2 Follow up for complaints registered to the vendors and getting the equipment repaired

3 Arraning service person at site as per complaints recd

4 arranging delivery of chemicals and spares to the sites where AMC is going on

5 Preparing quotation for repairing of equipment and negotiating with clients and finalising the same
