Service Engineer

Lakshmi North East Solutions (LNES)

- Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar panel systems, hydrogen power cells, and other renewable energy technologies at customer sites.

- Ensure proper electrical connections and integration with the existing electrical systems.

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and servicing of solar power systems, hydrogen fuel cells, and renewable energy infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with renewable energy equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients regarding their renewable energy systems.

- Assist customers with understanding system functionalities, troubleshooting common issues, and providing preventive maintenance advice.

- Evaluate existing systems for potential upgrades or improvements, such as enhancing system efficiency or integrating new technologies.

- Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system modifications.

- Ensure all work complies with industry regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.

- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for both on-site installations and ongoing maintenance projects.

- Work closely with the engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback from the field to help refine product designs and improve serviceability.

- Provide training and mentoring to junior engineers or technicians on installation, maintenance, and safety procedures for renewable energy systems.

- Monitor system performance to identify opportunities for optimizing energy production and reducing operational costs.

- Support project managers by providing technical input and coordinating with different teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of installation or upgrade projects.

- Actively contribute to the companys sustainability goals by promoting energy-efficient solutions and adopting environmentally friendly practices in service activities.
