2: Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition.
3: Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analyzing the market requirements and sharing the same to the managers on daily and weekly basis.
4: Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers.
5: Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements.
6: Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements.
7: Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry

8: Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on weekly and Daily Basis.
