Role Overview:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC and VMC machines. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

Supervise and execute the installation and commissioning of CNC and VMC machines at client locations.

Ensure proper calibration and alignment of equipment during setup.

Maintenance:

Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize machine uptime.

Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

Replace faulty components and provide repair services as required.

Customer Support:

Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Provide technical support and guidance on machine usage.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed service reports, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Update records of machine service history for reference.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to company and client safety standards during service activities.

Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards for CNC and VMC machines.

Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

years of experience in servicing CNC and VMC machines (experience with Haitian Precision and Haisheng Machinery products preferred).

Strong knowledge of CNC programming, mechanical systems, and electrical circuits.

Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software for CNC/VMC troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Willingness to travel extensively for field assign
