Use technical skill set to give a strong understanding of KBL products & services for customer

Able to technically troubleshoot problems and attend service and breakdown call

Keep a close watch on all mining departments for tenders & information on file movement within the department and develop long-term relationships with clients.

Should assist in all Mine surveys and also commercial activities within the designated area

Assist Sales Managers with per-sales and product education and support marketing team activities by organizing energy audits, road shows, and other marketing events for clients

Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts for proper Sales Support and achieving targets & goals set by the company

Submit proper reports for head office and maintain proper statements for an accounting team

Perform regular Pump Health Checkup, Pump Troubleshooting, Servicing, and Maintenance of Installed Pump in Coal mines.
