Job Description:
Logging call received by Business Users from Email/Phone/Web
Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on desktops / laptops. 1st level of support on under warranty.
OS Support on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10 & other System Software support.
Software Support on Office Automation, Anti-virus software, E-Mail Client
Providing REMOTE SUPPORT to the calls logged by the out location branches
Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of desktops / laptops
Troubleshooting related to Internet, Intranet.
Laptop/Desktop Encryption Support.
Configuring the print servers & resolving printing problems of the users
Performing any Install, Move, Add or change (IMAC) at the client level
Support for 2 factor authentication, VPN connectivity support
Basic support (L1) on RF-Guns / PPAD Management. Escalating and Coordinating with respective team in case the issue is not resolved with the initial troubleshooting.
Basic Support (L1) on Voice / Video-Conferencing (VC) Management (Client Side). Escalating and Coordinating with respective vendor and/or team in case of Voice/VC equipment failure.
Co-ordinate and escalation with other support groups.
