-Candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our BO team, App support team, DevOps team, Management team, ITOps team, and CS/Agents by troubleshooting and resolving issues when they arise

-Candidate should have an in-depth understanding of computers, hardware components, software issues, and network technologies.

-Trouble shooting & IT technical support related knowledge

-Diploma/Degree holder in an IT related discipline.
