*Shift:* 5 days/week, 24x7 rotational shift, rotational week off

*Notice Period:* Immediate to 30 days

*Must-Have Skills:*

- Service Desk/Voice Support experience

- Hands-on experience with any ticketing tool

- International voice support experience

- Troubleshooting skills for Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, VDI

*Job Description:*

- Provide technical support and resolve customer queries via phone/email

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, RSA Token, VPN, Citrix, VDI

- Maintain high login efficiency and resolve tickets within agreed SLA

- Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution

- Update worklogs and follow escalation process

*Responsibilities:*

1. Maintain high login efficiency (availability) for customers.

2. Resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.

3. Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

4. Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT.

5. Update worklogs and follow escalation process.

*Requirements:*

1. Basic knowledge of MS Office.

2. Good communication skills with international voice support experience.

3. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
