IT Support Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

Installation and configuration of WAN, LAN

Take care of Computer, Laptop, Networking Hardware and Software

To identify, reproduce & resolve

Networking problems of internal users

Knowledge of web hosting

Install, maintain and troubleshoot network equipment

Maintain network routing

Fix any hardware or software issues.

Installation of Software, printers, outlook, web browsers.

Perform regular maintenance checks.

Keeping a record of all IT equipment.

IT Support Engineer Desired Candidate Profile

knowledge of routers, LANs, switches Troubleshooting and other related IT work.

The Candidate should be dynamic and ready to accept the responsibility for the field maintenance and installation

Note: BE-B-Tech, BCA, Bsc, BBA, , Diploma.
