Key Responsibilities:
Service Operations Management:
Lead the end-to-end service operations, including installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of coffee vending machines and grinders.
Develop and implement service strategies to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing service team, ensuring clear communication of goals and responsibilities.
Conduct regular training sessions for team members to stay updated on the latest technologies and practices in the coffee industry.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated service-related concerns.
Build long-term relationships with key customers by ensuring prompt and effective service delivery.
Inventory and Spare Parts Management:
Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for timely availability of required components.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service team, including response times, first-time fix rates, and customer feedback scores.
Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to address customer requirements and support business growth.
Provide feedback to R&D and manufacturers regarding product performance and customer feedback.
Key Requirements:
Industry Expertise:
In-depth experience in the coffee industry, specifically with coffee vending machines and grinders.
Strong understanding of service workflows and customer needs in this niche.
Experience:
12-15 years of service management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or team
