Qualification: (or) BTech Mechanical engineering, EEE, ECE.

Experience: 5+ years in the field of medical and biomedical as service manager or service head.

Skills:

Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (English, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi)

Must be strong in English communication.

Job overview:

We are looking for service managers or service head to join our team. Candidates with electrical, mechanical, Biomedical and service background in the field of medical or related are encouraged.

Roles and responsibilities:

To ensure the calls are assigned to the respective sales and service engineers for service of products and ensure no escalation are raised.

Issue invoices to AMC and paid customers for the spares to be supplied and liaise in getting approval from the customers for the same.

Ensure adequate spares are available with engineers prior to the service.

Co-ordinate with the service co-ordinator in getting checked to the availability of spares and the same is been dispatched from stores to customers.

Assist the sales and service engineers in getting the sales done to the customers during sales visit.

Conduct periodical maintenance visit to CMC and warranty customers and ensure the products are in good condition.

Liaise in getting the service calls closed as per TAT and generate reports on the same.

To submit monthly reports to the management on the achieved targets and business done.

To do self-evaluation of all engineers every quarter.
