? To check with BME’s for the OT Availability for attending the Installation/Service complaints.

? Arrange Service Technician’s to attend for the Installations and services.
? To Prepare Tour Expenses sheets for the Service Technician.
? Arranging Bus/Train Tickets to the Service Technicians/Sales Team.
? Tour Plan’s to be done for the Service Technicians
? Hotel Bookings for Exhibitions for Service Technicians.
? To prepare Installation Reports and Technical Checklist for the dispatches made.
? Arranging Transport for local deliveries.
? To analyze the service reports if warranty check /Invoice/Installation, If it is out of warranty get PO and arrange service.
? Follow-up with Customer for the sent Proforma invoice to get Released.
