Offering AMC & Spare Parts quotations to Customers.

Making the Invoices in SAP & CRM.

Coordinating with customers on order readiness & dispatch.

Coordinating with the factory team for material requirements.

Follow up on outstanding payments.

Maintaining Various MIS Reports.
