Job Specifications:

Education: Minimum 10+2 pass.

Age Range: 18-26 years (preferred).

Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in reading and understanding English.

Strong command of regional/local languages.

Key Skills:

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Conditions:

Must reside nearby or be willing to relocate to a nearby location.

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Background Verification:

Selected candidates will undergo the following checks:

Criminal verification.

Residential address check.

National ID verification.

Interview Process:

The selection process will involve interviews conducted by the Site HR and Cinema Manager.

Neatly trimmed beard and mustache.

No visible piercings or inappropriate tattoos.

For Women:

Neatly combed and tied hair bun.
