* Must have previous experience in service centre

* Need to have relevant knowledge of two wheelers to communicate properly with technician and customer

* Candidate must have skill in handling customers queries and explaining relevant issues in the Bike to the customer

* Candidate should be able to handle daily customer billing

* Must guide the technician and help in providing insight into the issues in the bike

* Need to have 6 to 10 yrs working experience

* Should be able to handle customer complaints and resolve it at the earliest
