As a Service Advisor at BMW Munich Motors, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service and repairs. You will manage the customer’s journey from initial inquiry to the completion of service work, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting BMW products, and supporting our technicians in delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule customer appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs, optimizing time slots and resources.
Repair Order & Documentation: Accurately process repair orders, generate quotes, and handle invoices. Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service both over the phone and face-to-face, addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Issue Assessment & Communication: Clearly document customer issues, logging details for review by technicians, ensuring effective communication for diagnosis and repair.
Approval Management: Obtain customer approval for any recommended work before proceeding, ensuring transparency and trust.
Product Promotion: Actively promote BMW vehicle parts, accessories, and services, contributing to sales growth and enhancing customer experience.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians and service managers, to ensure work is completed on time and meets customer expectations.
Cost & Time Estimation: Provide customers with accurate estimates for service costs and repair times, keeping them updated throughout the process.
