Monitoring Reporting the alerts to respective teams

Alerts, health checkup, errors, report creation

Active Directory Knowledge of AD user, groups and policies

Knowledge of DL's and SG

Knowledge of Group policies

Servers Server On-boarding and decommissioning

Periodic Updates of servers

Server hardening

Server OS and application troubleshooting

Operating systems expertise - Windows (advanced), Linux (Basic)

Compliance VAPT points closure

Server compliance report creation

Virtual Desktop Knowledge of virtual desktop

Assigning permissions to users

Software installation as per requirement

User support for access and troubleshooting

Vendor Management Requirement sharing and follow up with support partners for infrastructure and other technical requirements/delivery

Priviledge Identity and Access Management tool Knowledge of PIAM

User on-boarding and support

Others Knowledge of middleware software (IIS, apache) etc.

Knowledge of databases (Ms-SQL, PGSQL, Oracle) etc.

Develop and implement standard processes for installation, maintenance and enhancement of middleware applications

Good Knowledge of backup tools and policies

Sound networking knowledge required

Good, if worked on Cloud OR have knowledge on Cloud technologies
