Job Title: SEO Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive our online visibility and organic growth. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both technical and content-driven SEO strategies. You will play a key role in improving our websites search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing content to enhance user experience and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development: Design and execute SEO strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvements and drive targeted traffic.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and images, to enhance search engine visibility.

Technical SEO: Perform technical audits and implement necessary changes to improve website structure, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and URL optimization.

Content Optimization: Work with content creators to ensure content is optimized for SEO best practices and engages the target audience.

Link Building: Develop and manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search engine rankings.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics and KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitors SEO tactics and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
