We are looking for a talented YouTube SEO Specialist to optimize our video content, boost our channel’s visibility, and drive organic growth. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to YouTube to enhance video visibility and engagement.

Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for video titles, descriptions, and tags.

Content Optimization: Optimize video metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search rankings and click-through rates.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze video performance using YouTube Analytics and other SEO tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve content strategy.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive and relevant.

competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our SEO strategy, providing recommendations for improvement.

Engagement Strategies: Implement strategies to increase subscriber base, video views, and overall channel growth through organic methods.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in YouTube SEO optimization.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or TubeBuddy.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms, search rankings, and video optimization techniques.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
