You should be a strategic thinker, an experienced digital marketer, and an expert in SEO and growth tactics.

What will you do?

Possess a thorough understanding of SEO and organic search methods.

Define the strategy and roadmap for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve site rankings

Define a holistic SEO approach to generate quality traffic from key target audiences and to optimize engagement and conversion after the user lands on the website

Conduct online research and competitor analysis to determine the right keywords that drive targeted organic traffic.

Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across all the major search engines to improve search rankings

Execute SEO audit process and reports and do periodic reviews with stakeholders to make recommendations around content and optimizations to the website

Staying abreast of Google SEO algorithmic updates and latest trends, tools and techniques followed in internet marketing.

What Qualifications & Skills should you possess?

Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed Institute.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and site architecture

5+ years of experience with both on and off-page as well as technical and content SEO

Must have experience in growing organic traffic and should have knowledge in submission of backlinks, keyword research, keyword rankings, etc.

Experience with website analytics tools, ., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Experience with tools and technologies like domain webmaster tools (Google and Bing Search console), Moz, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog

Familiarity with the start-up work culture and willingness to learn, be flexible, adapt, and contribute

Extremely high energy levels and passion to succeed

Strong work ethics, integrity and fiercely self-motivated
