Designation: SEO Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and search engine optimization strategy

• You must have an excellent understanding of search engines, crawler behavior.

• Strategizing and executing measures for On-site and off-site optimization.

• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

• Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on projects.

• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific.

• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

• Generate monthly performance reports on SEO KPI's (including Ranking, Traffic, CTR, Bounce Rate, Time on Page, Conversion)

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor degree.

• 5+ years of work experience

• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods

• Knowledge of best-in-class SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM and in digital marketing.
