Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

SEO and Website Management:

Collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic traffic and rankings.

Manage website content updates, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.

Social Media Marketing:

Create and publish engaging content on social media platforms.

Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Marketing:

Collaborate with content creators to produce blogs, videos, infographics, and other assets.

Optimize content for digital channels and target audience.

Email Marketing:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Analyze email campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and measure the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Marketing Strategy:

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
