Experience SEO Executive (Small Team Leader)

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive with a minimum of 3 years of proven expertise in leading a team of SEO professionals. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering measurable results. Candidates will be responsible for setting targets, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of SEO initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO.

• Set clear targets and time for SEO initiatives, monitoring progress regularly and make necessary adjustments.

• Take ownership of SEO projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met with precision and professionalism.

• Handling a small team of SEO professionals, guiding and training them to ensure the achievement of team goals.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing managers for overall digital marketing efforts.

• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all SEO activities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and search engine guidelines.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines under pressure

• Capability to identify SEO issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions for better website performance in relevant SEO tools and technologies, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO auditing software.
