Job Summary:

We are looking for an SEO Associate with a strong understanding of Google algorithm updates (especially with regard to Google Maps), SEO best practices, and a solid background in Computer Science. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing web pages, improving search engine rankings, and analyzing trends and data to implement effective strategies. You will play a key role in boosting the online presence of our clients and ensuring alignment with the latest SEO trends and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Implementation:

Execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and visibility.

Google Maps Optimization: Stay updated with Google Maps algorithm changes and ensure business listings are fully optimized.

Keyword Research & Analysis:

Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and develop effective content strategies based on findings.

Technical SEO:

Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues that may affect website rankings, such as improving page load speed, mobile optimization, URL structure, and more.

Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and emerging SEO techniques, ensuring our strategies stay ahead of the curve.

Regular Reporting: Provide regular SEO performance reports and updates to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Candidates with a strong technical background will be given priority.)

Experience: Proven experience in SEO, with a focus on both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site structure, HTML, CSS, and website performance.

Google Algorithm & Maps Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest Google updates related to search algorithms and Google Maps ranking factors.

SEO Tools: Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMru
